Greyhound Stadium /Retail Park Chester

McDermott construction was employed by Morrison developments to construct all the earth works, Drainage, Dewatering, Road Works, landscaping and car parks for the new greyhound retail park in Chester 1993-1995.

This contract involved difficult ground conditions with a high water table meaning all box culverts drainage and structures had to be dewatered below a depth of 1 meter.  All these works was under taken by McDermott's highly experienced operatives in these felids.

Prior to this contract to enable the new retail development to proceed McDermott's were also involved with Morrison Construction installing all the drainage, ducts and dewatering for the new Chester City Football Stadium.
